1. Services

Hospitality Room Consulting provides judges and consulting services for UIL and academic competitions in Central and South Texas. Specific deliverables, dates, rates, and conditions are confirmed in writing in each individual quote.

2. Quotes and Acceptance

Quotes sent by us are valid until the date noted on the quote and become binding only upon written acceptance by the school or district representative.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Cancellation fees, if any, are disclosed in the quote. We will work in good faith to find reasonable solutions when unavoidable changes arise.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each quote. Schools are responsible for timely payment per agreed terms.

5. Host School Responsibilities

The host school is responsible for providing a suitable meet environment, including rooms or technology for virtual judging, ballots, schedules, and supervision of contestants. Our responsibilities are limited to providing qualified judges who arrive prepared and conduct evaluations per UIL or applicable standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the school for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
